All your purchases from Music Arena are guaranteed for 2 years, according to the conditions of use and maintenance provided by the manufacturer involved. Except for the one thing:
-Consumables in general, such as: strings, battery sticks, battery skins, lamps, batteries/accumulators, headphones, microphones and wind instruments etc.
-Functional items with normal signs of wear and tear.
-Headsets, microphones as well as harmonicas, kazoo, wind instruments etc. are excluded for hygienical reasons.
-In the event that the manufacturer warranty exceeds 2 years, the manufacturer's warranty remains valid.
-The means of returning a product to Music Arena, to be processed under warranty/repair, is chosen and paid for by the consumer. The functioning of a repaired product can be verified by Music Arena's services, and its return delivery to the customer will not be at the expense of the consumer. The consumer accepts that the repaired, verified or exchanged goods may show normal traces of use (fingerprints, dust, etc.) that do not affect in any way the value and/or functioning of the good.
Right of withdrawal:
For any online order, the European resident customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days following the day of delivery of the good or the last delivered good if it is divided into several deliveries. The return costs are at the expense of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal on the following products does not apply: ordering tailor-made, personalized or customized products; ordering products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene; ordering products whose sealed packaging has been opened; Where the consumer has agreed to conclude a contract for the supply of digital content not provided on a material support (download), he has no right of withdrawal.
We do not allow this right to be applied in the event of a sale to a professional.
The consumer has the right to reasonably test the product. If depreciation in value is induced by this test, the depreciation is estimated at a minimum of 1/3 (one third) of the amount excluding VAT of the good and the customer accepts it voluntarily. The consumer knows and accepts that Music Arena employees alone may decide on the application of this possible depreciation and that they may increase it in the event of significant damage (functional, physical, olfactory, visual, etc.) or breakage.

Delivery terms and conditions:
DELIVERY TIME - The indicated delivery time is evaluated by experience with our suppliers, depending on the condition and fluctuation of their stocks. This assessment is approximate and sufficiently corresponds to the actual time frames. Exceptionally, delivery may be delayed.
FOLLOW-UP - If possible, a tracking code will be sent to you as soon as your order has been processed. You will be able to track your order online via the official website of the carrier.
DELIVERY - Suppliers choose their own delivery schedule. If possible, be present at the delivery address between 8am and 6pm (Belgian time) to receive your order. In all cases, you are responsible for the way the package is received.
ABSENT? - In case of absence, the carrier will leave a card proving his passage and giving the necessary contact details for the next appointment. After one week without your intervention, the shipment is returned to us. New shipping costs may occur during the next shipment, these being at your expense.
SIGN FOR RECEPTION - Sign the delivery note personally if possible, otherwise we cannot guarantee the delivery. You are responsible, even for the signature of a third party when the delivery takes place at the address provided. If you wish, inform us of any damage to the packaging upon receipt. If this is not done and you notice material damage afterwards, we will not accept the return.
Duration of the purchase contract:
The customer is bound to the purchase contract at the moment the online payment is made. This purchase contract has a duration coinciding with your right of withdrawal, i.e. 14 days following the day of delivery of the good or the last good to be delivered if it is divided into several deliveries.
